Sessions are 50 minutes over video, weekly or every two weeks, your choice. Anthropic's free courses are excellent. Do them first. They'll teach you what Claude is and what it can do. We should know: every Boffin Hub specialist has completed every one of Anthropic's published Claude courses.

Courses teach the tool. We fix how you work. A course can't see your inbox or your reports, and a recorded course dates quickly, because Claude doesn't stand still.
