Your work stays yours. Here's what that means.
We coach you on Claude using your own work, which means we see your files, your prompts and your decisions. That access is the reason coaching works, and it's also a responsibility we take literally. So instead of a privacy policy nobody reads, here are four commitments in plain English. They apply to every session, every specialist, every plan: no exceptions.
Our default and recommended model is bring your own Claude account. You log in on your own machine, share your screen, and your specialist guides you live, including typing into your environment to demonstrate prompts or fix issues in real time. Your work, your prompts, and your files stay in your Claude account and on your computer. Boffin Hub holds nothing afterwards.
If a session is ever run inside a Boffin Hub-controlled Claude account (rare, only with your explicit agreement), Anthropic’s standard terms apply to that session in the same way they would for any Claude user. We still retain nothing on our side once the session ends.
Private by design, because that's how people actually work
In one 2025 US survey, nearly half of employees who use AI at work admitted they'd hidden or downplayed it. (WalkMe survey via Fortune, 2025) We're not here to judge that. We're here to make sure your sessions are never the reason it becomes visible. What you learn with us, and what you're working on while you learn it, is yours to share when and if you choose.
Why these commitments live on our pricing and booking pages too
You'll find these commitments quoted where we ask for your money and your trust, on our pricing page and on the matching form. That's deliberate. These aren't legal boilerplate tucked behind a footer link; they're commercial promises, made in the same breath as the price. If we ever fall short of them, hold us to them the same way you'd hold us to an invoice.
